Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver orders within 10-12 working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. If you have not received your delivery in 12  working days please contact our Customer Services department.

Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed.

Your order may be delivered by Poslaju courier.

A signature may be required for every deliveries. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbour for your parcel to be left with, you can add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.



All item is imported from Korea. Delay may happen if shipment facing unexpected issues, but should never exceed 20 working days time frame.

In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your email.


Most parcels will reach their destination within 3-4 working days, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

Return Policy


No refund, cancellation and changes is allowed after confirmation. Please make sure you are satisfied before proceeding with your payment. Full Refund for the value of the item you paid for if the item you order is out of stock. No refund will be given otherwise.

Refund can be requested if your order still not arrived after 25 working days time frame. Our website system will automatically store any refund to a store credit. Easy cash bank transfer can be apply to your bank account. Contact us via whatsapp at 013-8014084 to submit refund request. Refund will be approved minimum 3 days after each request.



Kindly check your item once received. In the rare event that you received any *unsatisfactory item please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with reason for return/exchange (photo evidence is required) *what is unsatisfactory item?

1. Item in the wrong color or size.

2. Item comes with manufacturing defect.

3. Wrong item delivered.

Defected garments can only be exchanged with the same design and not with other design. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers are encouraged to contact us for further enquiry or refer the respective measurements before confirming with any purchase.

Sizing issues (too big, too small too short or too long) are not applicable for our refund or exchange policies unless size of garment has been wrongly delivered under our management. Measurements stated may vary 1-3(cm) as items are mass produced, it will not be considered as defect item and refund/exchange will not be applicable.

We do not accept returns for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or unused with all original tags/labels attached. Sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund / exchange.
